Health!
Now, health is more important than ever. Proper food is the proper way for me to be able to stay awake, and not be ill. My immune system will be drasticly reduced the first days in my adjustments, since my body isn't used to the changes, and will not take the benefits of the sleep schedule yet.
When you're in this schedule, its ovbious that you need more food (energy), because you're awake a few hours longer, and when you sleep, you dont use a bit of the energy you do than when you're awake.
